Aspleniums are excellent for making statements in and around the house. Their appearance is a little un-fernlike. Aspleniums as a whole are sensitive to drought. The Victoria was discovered among a batch of Asplenium antiquum seedlings many years ago and it is therefore not surprising that it has been proved to be more drought resistant than other Asplenium varieties. It is also easier to care for than other members of its family. Another reason to choose Victoria might involve its beautifully curling fronds. Victoria is similar in appearance to the Osaka variety but its fronds are broader at their bases.
