AUTUMN FERN

Description

One of the most well known hardy ferns (US Zones 6-9) is the evergreen Autumn Fern that produces an exciting coppery bronze colour on juvenile fronds. Best grown in heavy to partial shade. Plants mature shorter than most other hardies at 24 inch (60 cm) tall. Because of the smaller structure, colour and lacy fronds, the Autumn is often seen in 4 and 6 inch (12-16cm) pot plant production too.

Fully hardy garden fern that is evergreen. This unusual plant stands out because of the striking colour of its new fronds. Autumn Fern takes its name from their warm shades of red and brown. The perfect plant to add definition and colour to shady spots.
